Refund policy

- The products must be sent to the following address: 10200 NW 25 St, Ste #113 Doral, FL 33172, United States.
- Place the order number and the Tracking Number on the package.
- Send by mail the order number and the Tracking Number of the shipment.
- Place the reason for the return of the products, indicating:

- Upon receiving the products in the warehouse we will refund the money of your order
- The return must be made with the original condition of the package. Open products will not be accepted.
- When the package arrives at the address provided above, the total amount will be returned less the original shipping cost.
